Las Brisas

This complex forms part of the much larger development known as Nueva Andalucía, situated to the west of Marbella and just a short drive from Puerto Banús and the Costa del Sol beaches. Malaga Airport is around 40 minutes’ away by car.Las Brisas forms part of Nueva Andalucía and as such has easy access to the many amenities located within the development.

There are a range of shops including supermarkets such as El Corte Inglés, Mercadona and Supersol, and Nueva Andalucia has an excellent range of cafés and restaurants catering for all tastes and budgets. One of the most popular markets on the Costa del Sol takes place around the bull ring on Saturdays.

Las Brisas is near medical facilities such as private clinics, Spanish state-run health centres and dental surgeries. The Costa del Sol Hospital is nearby in Marbella and the private Hospiten clinic is located in Estepona.

Residents at Las Brisas benefit from other golf courses on their doorstep such as Aloha Golf, Los Naranjos and Magna Marbella, while La Quinta and Los Arqueros are within easy driving distance. Few places in the world can boast such high-quality golf courses concentrated in one small area.
